Membership Form
Children 18 and older must have their own separate membership

Please fill out the form below (be sure to fill in all blocks, If nothing to enter, then put N/A) and click the submit button at the bottom. After you have submitted the form, please go to the heading "Payment" and click the appropriate Membership PayPal button or contact Ann Carter, Secretary membership@peachlandsportsmens.ca or 250-768-5009 to arrange payment by Square, cheque, cash or etransfer. Your membership will expire one year from the date you submit your form and payment each year. You will receive a copy of our By-Laws and Insurance as well.
